Nice clean accommodation

Liked: Small and compact room but does the job well,Clean,tidy and modern roomsLovely helpful staff,
Disliked: The only thing letting the hotel down is the outside the front it doesn't give anything to desire?it looks unfinished as you arrive But wouldn't put me off staying again

Excellent hotel, friendly staff and...

Liked: We had to leave early to catch the Eurostar so we did not have the booked breakfast. However, the staff organised coffee for us and also a yoghurt and a croissant on the go which was excellent. Very nice staff

Disliked: Filthy walls. We were greeted by a dead mosquito slammed on the wall, along with stains and shoe prints.Found an obviously used tissue tacked nicely under the duvet.

Very small Deluxe room not...

Liked: location. Plenty shower gel. Spare toothbrushes and razor if required
Disliked: Deluxe room, no hair dryer dressing gowns as specified. Had to ask for hair dryer.Very limited 2 tea bags only, no coffee only 4 little cartons of milk asked for extra.There was however two little bottles of water and 2 little packets of biscuits. Tiny bathroom. Hit arms alot on shower door and on wash basin to use toilet. Buffet breakfast very limited. Not as expected. Choice avocado on toast museli and little berry fruit in yogurt and very flat omelette onion pepper with slice toast. Only rice crispies and few yogurts and croissants. No eggs Went out for breakfast after. Very small hot room in basement with think about 6 very high tables and stools. Fire alarm went off 4 times during the stay over 2 nights no fire. Started at 2am. Mentioned to reception who said they had to sort alarm out it was faulty.Stair cases to 1st floor very narrow and steep no hand rails. Also not expecting a £25 a night extra deposit. Missed it on booking Awaiting refund

Disliked: 1) Was charged 25 GBP for taking the Laundry Bag, which was not informed in advance.They just deducted my Advance for Incidentals, saying it was for the laundry bag which I used to put my dirty laundry in 2) The road is noisy. The Hotel gives swimming ear buds to cancel noise. Have never seen such sense
