Short break in london

Liked: Location suited our requirements for train/underground access, hotel good, room comfortable and suited us for dropping our bag and heading out sightseeing, staff very nice and no noise from street and could open window for fresh air.
Disliked: Room small but expected this, however bed comfortable and shower worked well so suited our requirements as not planning on hanging around hotel.

Disliked: Rooms tiny, corridors narrow and expect you to pay extra in advance for any damages then don't return it despite repeated requests

It was amazing

Liked: The room I requested for wasn’t available but I was given the option of three rooms to choose from. The room was very quiet, clean and peaceful . The customer service was amazing. The staff at the reception was welcoming, friendly, polite and was always willing to help. The location was very good as it’s very close to a major train station that can connect you to everywhere else in London.

Disliked: Key to the room didnt work and the bathroom door locked (had to get a member of staff to unlock it)
