Fabulous place

Liked: The decor was stylish and created a wonderful relaxing ambience. The food and drink was of the highest standard. The choices at breakfast were fantastic.
Disliked: Some of the dining chairs in the Brasserie looked worn, frayed and grimy - not at all in keeping with the rest of the hotel.

Nice hotel but wouldnt eat...

Liked: Hotel nice Overall , only food wasn’t very nice and well overpriced.
Disliked: We complained about food and didn’t eat it but still had to pay for it .

Disappointing water pool standard and...

Disliked: Room had a broken window in the bathroom which was permanently half way open. In December was really challenging to use this icy bathroom.Water in the swimming pool had something strange added that everyone was complaining and running away after couple of minutes in as your eyes were all red, stinging and painful. You could not enjoy the time there at all. All people there had a feeling it was done in purpose to keep everyone away from the pool. We have chosen this hotel because we have a daughter and she really wanted to have some fun in the pool however it was impossible ☹️

Amazing experience!

Liked: The views, the accessibility, amazing food, staff were friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Pillows were to hard, we both struggled to get a good night sleep, but that’s all everything else was perfect!

A very classy hotel which...

Liked: Superb in every respect. Staff were brilliant and went out of their way to answer every call quickly and efficiently. Really friendly and professional. Breakfast was a highlight ( unbelievable choice) as were the spa facilities. Great location. Beach is just down the hill, and we easily walked into town and back as well. Best hotel I have stayed in by a mile.
Disliked: A little noisy in the corridors at night from other guests returning, but that’s such a minor issue compared with all the pluses.
