Great location and facility, just...
Liked: Nice location, well decorated. Good views.
Disliked: Very busy spa for the price, would expect a limit on number of people to be in place. No gowns, towels, or toiletries in the spa changing facilities. Huge pile of dirty towels not dealt with. Bed was not really a king size bed. Many of the staff made no effort to acknowledge you and often had to stand aside while they navigated the corridors. It’s a fairly simple principle of working in hospitality that you allow guests to pass first, which I personally don’t care about, but when you do wait for staff it would be nice to receive at least a smile. Breakfast was also cold. Fortunately we had a lovely break and enjoyed the location. The site was clean and well dressed. It’s just let down by some really simple things that could be fixed easily.

Good but not great for...
Liked: Hotel and location was just lovely, staff were all very young & inexperienced, lots of them and chatting to each other seemed to be the focus, order at breakfast was wrong & sense that they didn’t much care. Shame, a little disappointing.

Overall wonderful
Liked: The hotel was perfect. The food from norish on the first night was disappointing but the rest of the stay and the food was excellent. The hydrothermal session was good but there were a few things that was not working which was disappointing and I did tell the staff yet the 2nd day nothing had been done about it
