Disliked: It wasn’t very clean, felt dusty in the room and bathroom, the shower tap was broken, the male receptionist needs to work on his customer service skills. We paid xtra for the spa room and the amenities and expectation of the room was very disappointing.

Liked: Paying extra for breakfast was fine, however we didn’t receive full replenishment on the second day, we intended to finish what we left when we returned to our room. Three pieces of butter for 4 slices of toast not really enough.
Disliked: We did not ask for a parking space, we ask for a downstairs room, due to age and knee replacements, however they were not able to help with this request.
