Liked: Excellent location for Richard III Visitor Centre, Cathedral and city centre. Comfortable and modern room with fridge. Free car parking included made for easy access etc.
Disliked: I'm not a fan of coffee pod machines but a good selection of teas.A room safe is a welcome facility but its placement on the floor of the wardrobe is not ideal.

Liked: Lovely room, quiet, large bathroom. We had a ground floor accessible room. Nice teas, coffee and biscuits provided.Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Free parking all day, even on day of leaving was a bonus.
Disliked: I found a false finger nail on the floor by the side of the bed.Maybe could do with a shower screen / curtain, as the bathroom floor was very wet after a shower.

Liked: Loved the location and the decor in the property, also a nice coffee machine and parking was very handy.
Disliked: The room was a bit on the smaller side as we staying for a few nights but we managed.
