Amazing from start to finish

Liked: The property was clean and had what we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and there were three pillows. The first time I have never had to ask for extra pillows.

Liked: The location could not be better - it's in a quiet and affluent part of London, so we always felt safe and comfortable. It's also close to a street full of pubs, restaurants and shops. And the metro station is three minutes away. The room we booked was small and sometimes it created some issues (we were 2 people) but in the end that's the room we booked and we kind of expected the small spaces. We didn't need a bigger room, however, since we spent a lot of time outside exploring. The hotel is newly renovated so it felt great to stay there. I would stay there again so highly recommend it.
