St James Hotel; BW Premier Collection

Great location for Playhouse events and proximity to the city centre, shopping and dining.

Liked: Everything you could have wanted for a night's stay; very helpful and accommodating staff; fab bar and restaurant.
Disliked: None at all.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was amazing; everything clean and staff friendly.

Still good value for money...

Disliked: The room key locked out on check out time or just before which meant you could not access the lifts , from the 6th floor not ideal and unnecessary , had to find a housekeeper to give me access , they said they kept raising it as an issue but not addressed , I left the room 5 mins before checkout time .

I enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: I really enjoyed the breakfast. Great selection.
Disliked: The room seemed alittle worn down eg things like the chipped table. If your laying in the bath you can see all the dust from under the sink. However this didn't ruin my time here. I still enjoyed my stay.

The hotel facilities and staff...

Liked: Location and reception area and staff were lovely
Disliked: The bed was so small it was not a full double , therefore we didn’t get much sleep .

Disappointing
