Liked: The room was very cozy and very clean, we felt very pampered and spoiled. Excellent water pressure in the shower, super tasty coffee for the keurig machine.
Disliked: Everything was perfect!

Liked: The room was beautiful and clean. The restaurant below was great!
Disliked: The room was very hot, and we could not regulate the heat, had to open the door to the hallway to get the room cooled. The stairs are very steep, not ideal for a person with a disability. You can hear the band from the restaurant late at night. Earplugs are provided. And we got a parking ticket while we were unloading our vehicle. The staff were great and moved us to another room in one of their other facilities, which saved the remainder of our getaway...thankfully!

Disliked: No hot water and staff dismissive and when finally fixed hours later made it seem like a monumental gift to have provided hot water. Fun fact, I had paid extra for the room with a tub :)

Quaint little spot for some...

Liked: Location was phenomenal. Located near all the trendy bars and restaurants downtown. Check-in was a breeze, with directions clearly communicated.
Disliked: You have to park in a city parking structure across the road. In the summer it’s probably not a big deal but having to carry my bags snow mounds on the edge of the side walks was cumbersome.
