Perfect location and quiet rooms

Liked: Location is absolutely perfect. Rooms are perfectly clean and equipped. The hotel is very quiet despite the number of guests. Waiting time to have a table for breakfast can be improved.

It was a good stay.

Liked: The location was perfect for other activities within the area.
Disliked: The room was good but they had certain issues with the bathroom wouldn’t lock. The lock wasn’t working and the bathroom rail was loose not fixed to the wall properly.We did report this and someone came to fix it, but it seemed like they couldn’t do it and then no one returned to redo it.

A nice stay with a...

Liked: The staff were amazing but hotel is looking tired one lift out of two was out of order so as we were on the 7th floor waiting for the lift was tedious and sometimes do full we couldn’t get in We paid for breakfast and had to wait over 20 minutes with lots of other guests until your number was called, we were sat at a table in a corner that no one was serving at
