Great barring two smallish issues.

Liked: Convenience, location, cleanliness, facilities all were great. Staff very helpful.
Disliked: Room service fish and chips were cold. Also we reserved a 35 sq meter (Executive King) room. We were upgraded on checkin to a premium room but found that the new room was smaller.

Liked: the room was comfortable, clean.
Disliked: lacked a view though, I wish we saw something nicer from the window, instead of the walls
