great location going backwards all...

Liked: the location is unquestionably brilliant
Disliked: Check in was lenghty and laborious - only one lift in operation - room not liike last time and slightly dated - dining room experience consistently bad particularly breakfast - food at lunch was OK but service a let down - the main restaurant the Quillon was not open - no coffee allowed to be served in the lunge until the bar opened at 4pm which was just embarassing

Absolutely great place to say,...

Liked: Amazing staff, so friendly and welcoming, breakfast is superb, especially the Indian bits, and the room was outstanding
Disliked: We went to Bombay Brasserie, we have been many times before and its standards have dropped unfortunately needs some TLC !
