Location perfect, okay for a...

Liked: Breakfast fine really nice, nice staff, room okay and bed comfortable, My son 14 now so and most of kids in hotel were between babies - 10 years old.
Disliked: Room I asked for was supposed to be sea view and got a room looking at building site £370 for 2 night a bit expensive should of been less if they do that, there were no notices to say work was being carried out on wall along care park made things quite tight getting in and out of car park. Also people not staying at hotel were parking there to get free time and I couldn't park 1/2 the time.

Liked: We had a seaview family room which had been recently refurbished.
Disliked: Changing room in the pool area. 2 young boys who were in the pool on their own being very silly jumping and diving in etc.This was obviously not the hotels problem, just the parents.

Relaxing, enjoyable, quality family time

Liked: The pool was amazing! The breakfast options left us all with full tummys! Our room had plenty of room and lots of storage space!
Disliked: Nothing that comes to mind

Disliked: parking space not available when we arrived , which disappointing with 2 small children

Liked: Breakfast great, room very spacious (no 68) children’s entertainment/playroom/craft room a great idea. Pool fantastic
Disliked: Some of the walls in the room needed a touch of paint and one of the quilt covers has felt pen on them but didn’t put us off

A wonderful family mini break...

Liked: We booked this room for ourselves and our grandchildren; it was lovely that it was right on the front with the beautiful sea view and pier. The hotel pool was a great bonus for the children, lovely warm water and plenty of water toys. The entertainment at night was also a big plus, the children absolutely loved the games and little prizes, they had lots of fun. The breakfast was good, it was a buffet style of breakfast which the children loved, going up and helping themselves. Plenty of parking. The location is perfect, beach and pier across the road, splashpark 5 minutes walk, shops also a 5 minutes walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Friendly staff just mist a slip mat in shower over all nice
Disliked: Would have preferred plastic glasses in Bath room on of the glasses was dirty ut I washed it

Liked: Loved the location,the facilities were great we used the swimming pool and beds were very comfortable
Disliked: We paid nearly £300 for a small standard bedroom with a wall for a view which we didn’t think was worth the money however we will book again as we liked the hotel
