Hot Breakfast charges - spoilt...

Liked: Location excellent, staff very pleasant, room very comfortable & large.
Disliked: Having to pay for a cooked breakfast when paying that price for a room, not made clear in the booking platform

Wonderful, will 100% return!

Liked: Great location, well presented and clean throughout. Spa was good and the staff were all excellent.
Disliked: Nothing.. only point would be that the floorboards outside room 209 (our room) are very squeaky so we were woken up on a few occasions. Not an issue at all, just to note!

Great Xmas stay

Liked: Fantastic position looking over the sea.The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful, especially Daisy in the restaurant
Disliked: Noting to dislike apart from maybe some entertainment in the evening of Xmas day would have been nice

We have always wanted to...

Liked: The hotel arranged for our vehicle to be safely garaged when not in use; and arranged to collect for us when we needed it.Breakfast was excellentLocation was excellent and our sea-view met expectations
Disliked: Our room was very good albeit some distance away from reception, however the bathroom was very crampt and difficult to use.We arranged dinner in the hotel on our last night and this was a disappointment and was very expensive.

Exceptional

Comfortable and inviting stay at...

Liked: Bed was very large and comfortable. Sea views from room and breakfast hall were fantastic! Excellent amenities in room and complimentary G&T was wonderful!
Disliked: Shower was very small for washing and moving around.

Liked: All the staff are genuinely helpful and friendly. The views out over Porthminster beach from the restaurant or from my bedroom were is amazing ! The truffle spa treatment package was amazing and the therapist was very knowledgeable and lovely person. All spa staff were so lovely.The food was so good !
Disliked: Nothing

A pre Christmas getaway

Liked: We chose a suite with a sea view. Lovely views of the bay. Room was modern and clean. Fabulous deep bath. Dinner and breakfast overlooking the bay. Valet parking worked well and the staff went over and above.
