Liked: Lovely hotel with a good breakfast and a very good dinner menu. Friendly and helpful staff. We received a lovely room upgrade. Great sea views from the balcony and from the room. Well appointed spa, pool, gym. Nice and quiet at night. The valet parking is very useful given the off-site parking arrangements.

Liked: All the staff were exceptional. The location was out of this world, waking up to the sound of the sea..The pictures are from our balcony.
Disliked: Nothing. Maybe the prehistoric lift but we only used it for our luggage.

Liked: What a fabulous hotel. It’s well-equipped and comfortable, but the staff are what make it so special.Valet parking is a huge bonus in St Ives.Breakfast is great, vegans accommodated, and plenty of choice.
Disliked: One of our rooms was above the spa which made it very hot.

Liked: Staff really friendly and the hotel is generally really nice.
Disliked: They parked my car down at their over flow car park. I needed to leave at 6am to get to a meeting. However I never got away until gone 7. The reason for this is that the porter could not leave the hotel to collect it for me.So I was left trying to find it in the dark along with the pooling rain. After two failed attempts the porter finally helped me find it. That was the only thing that let the hotel down. The room I stayed in was nice but very small.
