Great place to stay for a night; staff polite; great location.

Liked: Bar open 24 hrs and restaurant. Staff polite and helpful.
Disliked: Food on arrival - fish and chips in up stairs restaurant over cooked.

Liked: Excellent location. Concierge staff were extremely helpful. Room was basic but spotless and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

A nice stray in one...

Liked: I traveled during Christmas holidays a busy period but the hotel was very professionnal. I liked the room, the location of the hotel. But also how clean the bedroom (a little small compared to the pictures) was and the housekeeping service. Thank you to the housekeeping service and the manager especially (a lady) who helped me when i needed to dry clean my winter coat unfortunately. She came very fast and helped me to find a solution. Thank you so much.
Disliked: The internet was very very bad

Liked: The location was very close to the Sondheim theatre were we were going to a show. The room was small but comfortable, with a good shower. A nice selection of food for breakfast.
Disliked: The cooked breakfast wasn't very hot.

Liked: Lovely warm welcome by reception member. He found us a room we could have straight away, we arrived early, so that was a bonus. Fantastic location for tube and walking distance of Theatres, Covent Garden and even Westminster

Horrendous!

Disliked: Homeless Migrants on our floor walking about, no water between 10.00am and 4.00pm, woken up each morning by drilling and banging from workmen from 8.00am!!!

Convenient and clean hotel as...

Liked: Property is always clean and convenient for us.We stay here because of the location and ease of public transportation.
Disliked: Staff at check in weren’t very welcoming. Didn’t seem like they wanted to be there.

Liked: It’s a great location, nice and easy to find. Staff are always friendly and luggage storage is really handy.
Disliked: The rooms are a little hit and miss size-wise. Some feel cramped, some spacious. The shower cubicle is a bit of a squish though. Could do with spoons as opposed to stirrers for drinks. Definitely need air con room for the summer months, not all rooms have them so best check at time of booking!
