Staff great. Location great. The...

Liked: The staff were very good. Helpful,pleasant.Breakfast good.
Disliked: The room. AWFUL. It was supposed to be Grand Suite.Tired,needs complete redecoration. Stained furniture. Missing lightbulbs. The strangest thing, t.v not near the aerial point, so we had to move the TV??Also a huge piece of furniture in front of a window, blocking out light. Why put it there ??A huge shame as it could be an amazing room but feels sad,tired and neglected.

Lovely

Liked: Nice place to stay. Friendly and allowed me to have a lovely weekend in Norwich. I booked it as a treat for myself and it more than delivered.

Pleasant

Liked: I always stay at St Giles when in the city. Rooms are normally big and comfortable. I was in a small room with a rock hard mattress. My hips actually hurt in the morning
