Convenient location wonderful staff amazing...

Liked: We stay at this hotel on a regular basis due today location to the theatre which we like to visit. The staff are absolutely amazing as is the breakfast.
Disliked: As I said previously we stay in this hotel on a regular basis due to its location however I would state that the rooms are very mishmash I need greatly updating we were in a nice executive room however the noise from the road was so bad we had to be moved the hotel staff were amazing and moved us to a suite which is very kind. Within the sweet there was no long mirror no mirror with a light in the bathroom plug sockets that were not working. Bedside lamps did not match bedside door did not shut wardrobe door did not shut. Overall, I feel that the hotel facilities within the rooms need extremely updating, but having that the hotel is a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff which is the reason we return.

Great location, good hotel.

Liked: Great price in an excellently maintained building location. The newly refurbished area are excellent, hope the rest is done quickly.
Disliked: Why do I have to pay for using a private car park, £10 per car per day. Norwich is tough to park in, this should be a marketable advantage not a chargeable facility.

Disliked: Room had 2 ceiling bulbs not working. Nowhere to hang coats as you enter the room. The only place to put them was in the wardrobe, not ideal with wet coats in with dry clothes. No shelf to put toiletries or makeup on in bathroom. Shower mixer unit very stiff to change temperature. On stairwell there were two lots of bulbs that were entirely missing, which made it dark and dangerous to walk up and down at night. Breakfast had little to offer, no fruit juice, no yoghurts, no fresh fruit. Only 1 bowl for cereal, had to request another and was given 2 serving dishes… had to ask for suitable dish. No milk, no spoons, had to request both. 1 croissant on serving area, no jam or any other choices. Breakfast manager very polite, but the other member of staff had a total lack of interest and was far too busy on her phone. She just shrugged when asked about the bowls. Altogether very disappointed.
