One of the best!

Liked: Absolutely love this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was so close to everything you would want to see while in Norwich. Breakfast was great, and the bar. The room was huge and the bathrooms the exact same! I will be back 100%.
Disliked: Parking can be confusing but the staff are very helpful. I was charged by booking.com and upon arrival without realising it (also my fault) but the staff were super helpful, got it sorted quick and were very apologetic.

Liked: Beautiful building with lots of gorgeous antique furnishing. We stayed in the Georgian suite and it was the most gorgeous room-and absolutely huge.The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome

Lovely dog friendly central Norwich...

Liked: Beautiful Georgian building and rooms (stunning bathroom), great central Norwich location with parking. Dog friendly is an absolute bonus, could offer water bowls and beds though
Disliked: A long way from the car park to the Georgian rooms, which are not accessible (stairs and no lift) but that is due to it being an old building, which is a plus really

Liked: The staff were excellent particularly the young lady that served me in the dining room for both dinner and breakfast
