Great place to explore london...

Liked: Great location in pimlico.

Very poor

Ideal location, but wouldn’t stay...

Liked: Location was ideal. The bathroom was damp/mouldy. There was a leak in the bathroom when I arrived. The room had mould/damp and the plaster was coming off the wall. The bed light had no lamp.

Poor quality and noisy guests.

Liked: The cleanliness and upkeep of maintenance in the room was extremely poor.Walls are super thin so barely slept as we could hear every word of the conversation in the room above us at 2am.

Disappointing

Ok for a night stay

Liked: A room for 3 but only 2 cups and 2 towels the room was incredibly hot. Asking for cup and extra tea and milk was told yes but non received

Location was ok that’s it

Liked: Staff , didn’t care , not helpful , looked like didn’t want to be there Room dated Very very noisy !! I didn’t sleep the 2 nights , the noise of above and a noise coming from the toilet! Which I have a video off which kept me awake for 2 nights
