Poor - 1.0 out of 5

Very poor

Disliked: Upon checking into our room on the first day, we noticed that the upper window was open, and it was completely impossible to close it from inside the room. We immediately reported the issue to the front desk staff, who came to check the situation, confirmed that it required external intervention to push the window closed, and assured us that someone would address the problem later that evening. However, when we returned to the hotel that evening, no intervention had taken place, and the window remained open. As you can imagine, given that it is January, the room was cold during the night, and we were also disturbed by the noise of street traffic throughout the night. Our sleep was significantly affected, which in turn impacted the quality of our touristic stay in London. The following day, we reported the problem once more, but again, no action was taken. Consequently, we experienced the same issues of cold and noise disturbance during our second night's stay. Our straightforward and legitimate request went unheard, affecting not only our nights and sleep but also the overall quality of our experience in your hotel. Considering that your hotel is rated as a three-star establishment and given that we reported the issue promptly upon our arrival, we are disappointed that no action was taken over the course of two days....Finally, even if we have informed you about our disapoiting expérience, you never answered us, so we have to leave you a bad review...

Liked: Cheap hotel and Close location to Victoria & Westminster Abbey, fine for 1 night stay.
Disliked: I understand a cheap hotel isn’t going to be spick and span, but it is unacceptable to have mould all over the shower.
