Liked: It is less than 10 minutes from Pimlico tube, which can get you to Euston, Victoria, or Oxford Circus quickly.
Disliked: It is very dated and rough around the edges. The shower needs updating and the sink unblocking as it fills almost instantly. The bed (pillow included) weren't particularly comfortable and the WiFi was weak but still usable if I switched to the other end of the bed.

Terrible hotel staff

Disliked: They have decided to test the fire alarm without no notification neither before or after. 6-7 times with maximum loudness and every 20 seconds. When approved to the hotel crew regarding the issue, the receptionist decided to give me the rudest attitude I have never faced before. Felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Left the property and all my money burnt.

Not as bad as some...

Liked: The room was clean enough. Towels, toilet paper, soap and shower gel were provided. Room was cleaned in the morning after first night, bed made and bins emptied. Shower worked, water was warm enough. WiFi provided although not strong signal in some corners of the room. Reception staff efficient and not overly friendly but perfectly polite.
Disliked: Towels were small and not replaced when room cleaned. Tea cup and teaspoon also not replaced with clean one. Over mirror bathroom light didn't work and on second day main light went out so bathroom had only aggressively flickering light. Bathroom fan was loud. Stain on carpet. Water pressure in shower not that great. Rooms spread over about 7 floors. No lift and stairs very steep. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility or big suitcases. Small amount of black mould in shower grout. Our room was in a different building to reception and there was no way to call so when discovered bathroom light had gone out would have had to go down the stairs and down the street to speak to someone.
