Nice hotel and staff, ideal...

Liked: Location was spot on for Wembley stadium and arena which was the purpose of my visit.
Disliked: Temperature in the bathroom was too hot and couldn’t be adjusted.

Liked: Location is great if attending events at ovo arena or Wembley stadium. Bed was comfy and there was an extra blanket and pillow in the cupboard.
Disliked: In our specific room the small mirror in the bathroom was cracked, and on the left bedside the plug socket/USB socket was broken, same for the light switch console next to the bed. Behind the tv there was a big hole where wires were.

Would stay again!

Liked: Beds are super comfy, underfloor heating in bathroom, drinks making, fridge and safe, luggage storage, 15 min walk from tube and great amenities near by.
Disliked: Our bathroom door didn't shut properly. Not a big deal for our situation, but perhaps could be an issue for others.

Liked: I have stayed here numerous times over the last few months and it never lets me down with my stay. I have tried other hotels in the area when this is full but St George is always my go to
Disliked: in room 301 the wi-fi is hit and miss as it must be at furthest point

I was out of hotel...

Liked: The room space and closets were good.
Disliked: I did not like at all the beds because there were no mattress protection!! this is not usual.. not hygienic and not confortable. I will not stay again in this hotel because of this.Besides, the furniture and carpets are in old conditions (damaged and with spots), this hotel needs some reform.Also windows are not supposed to open for getting fresh air... not good. Location not fantastic because we have to walk about 15 min to reach the metro station. A little bit far in Winter days.

Liked: Clean, comfortable room. Modern lighting system with electronic "do not disturb" button.
Disliked: Carpet was quite heavily stained in places eg with what looked like red wine. Windows wouldn't open ( appeared to be designed that way)

Liked: It was close to everything we needed. Staff were extremely lovely and kind.
Disliked: The pillar that was right next to the bed one side. It was very difficult to keep moving past it. And there was a loud buzzing noise that kept happening on a regular occurrence
