Liked: Tea making facilities and tissues in the room.
Disliked: My daughters bed was a little uncomfortable and shower rail broken.

Good standard place to stay...

Liked: The hotel was really convenient for our visit to the ovo arena. It was close to all things we needed including food and the train station. Comfy beds, everything needed in the room.
Disliked: Door to the bathroom did not shut properly and felt like it would be stuck when pushing too hard. Unfortunately the room was unbearably hot. We barely slept due to being so hot. When we first arrived we told reception that it was too warm and they advised us it may take a little while to cool down once we had set the air con from 21° and the bathroom 32.5° down to 16° (they said their reading showed we were at 24°). Unfortunately when we returned home from our evening out it was still ridiculously hot through the night. When we made the front desk aware of this upon check out she stated that there was a fault with the heating on floors 1&2 that we were not made aware of. It was a huge, huge shame as otherwise we would have found this a really positive stay.
