Liked: The heated pool was not working that was abit dissapointing as my son was coming to swim but couldn't.

Comfortable three star accommodation

Liked: comfortable accommodation with a king bed and informative pleasant staff.
Disliked: cupboards and wardrobe along with bathroom cabinets are very tired and require an upgrade.

Liked: Laura on reception was helpful and looked after other patrons well
Disliked: Its a bit noisy because of road but room clean and comfy and rate is good

Disliked: The night duty manager in the gaming bar bistro. She was extremely rude and arrogant.Pathetic customer service. She is a disgrace to the winery.
