Disappointed

Liked: Beautiful scenery
Disliked: No plug ins near the bed for phone. Staff is unresponsive. Took several attempts to obtain my receipt even though I confirmed my email address twice.

Not impressed for a “resort”

Liked: Beautiful location
Disliked: Desk staff not welcoming or friendly. Still waiting for my invoice. When I went to check out there was nobody at the front desk. I called out for someone a few times then just left a note asking my invoice be emailed (with my address). Still nothing.
