Classy hotel in Westminster

Liked: Classy hotel with character. Once I had moved room, it was comfortable and allowed for a good rest. Staff were friendly and helpful, not least in the bar and restaurant. Restaurant food was high quality and innovative without being fussy. Overall, the hotel tries hard to live up to its reputation. Location is excellent.
Disliked: Even though I deliberately booked a superior room, the initial room I was allocated was tiny and overlooked the air conditioning system at the back of the hotel. I requested a change and got a slightly bigger room at the front of the hotel. I get tired of 5 star London hotels charging £400-500 a night (room only) and offering rooms barely suitable for one person, let alone two.

Excellent hotel with great staff...

Liked: Excellent location, and a hotel full of character and charm. Loved the hotel facility and proximity to train and bus stations. Very helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay with 2 kids.
Disliked: Nothing :)

Lovely hotel- well situated with...

Liked: Staff are super helpful and friendly. Lovely room - if a bit on the small side for the price paid- but clean, well equipped with tea/coffee.
Disliked: Bit disappointed by the food at breakfast - very overcooked, hard eggs. Again- don’t mind this particularly as staff were very friendly but for what you pay it was very over priced.
