It was just ok.

Liked: I chose this hotel because it had free parking.
Disliked: The AC unit was terribly noisy. Difficult to sleep. The bathroom was tiny and the floor was dirty.

Disappointing

Disliked: The room had a bad mold odor, view of fire escape and parking lot, tv did not work most of the time, very small cramped room for the high price. Great location.

Our Go-To N’Awlins Stay!

Liked: Professionally run, well designed, historic structure with character yet modern conveniences, great location in the Garden District, a two minute walk to the trolley stop, the interconnected Tex-Mex restaurant is FANTASTIC, very convenient and safe parking…in sum, a wonderful stay that we’ve done in the past and will always do again in the future.
Disliked: Loved everything!

Great stay & can’t wait...

Liked: Excellent location with the streetcar about a block or two away. Superior Grill on the bottom floor was great, as was Rays Uptown at the end of the block. It’s quiet, has a nice area to sit outside, great staff, spacious room, and clean.
Disliked: The air conditioner was noisy. Would have liked the water hotter, but that could have been from others using it. Also, the TV was mounted on the side of the bed & could not be turned. It needs a swivel!
