Disliked: Shower head shot off under the water pressure if I hadn'toved it would have hit my face at speed.was told we could be moved,then the shower had been fixed .It hadn't been fixed .I don't appreciate have a door closed in my face,electric wires hanging to stair case,bin not emptied, cigarette bin hadn't been emptied for months ,I could go on and on.went without a shower for two days.building looked nothing like photos .

Liked: Location is great and price was good.
Disliked: Room we booked was not provided and no option given to change rooms, despite the website saying that there were 4 more rooms of the booked specification available. A Zed-bed was offered, which we agreed to, but this turned out to be a cheap sun lounger type camp bed with a doubled-over duvet as a mattress. Neither of the duvets or pillow provided for this bed had covers. TV didn’t work, toilet leaked. No breakfast available but were not informed of this before our arrival.

Liked: £30 for a lovely clean room, TV worked great, incredibly powerful shower, friendly staff, can't fault the place.
