Great hotel. Amazing breakfast.

Liked: Great to have parking at the hotel and an easy walk in to the city. Room was amazing, clean with everything we could need. Breakfast was outstanding, freshly cooked to order and staff were lovely and friendly. Thank you.
Disliked: Little bit of road noise as we were at the front, but not enough to spoil our visit.

Liked: Very clean, nicely decorated and a great breakfast. Lovely friendly people working there who made us feel welcome.

Decent stay

Liked: Nice location if a little noisy with traffic during the night. Staff were friendly
Disliked: Bedroom narrow with pillows that were too soft and Bedside table around the corner.

Basic, disappointing breakfast.

Liked: The room was clean, with good bathroom size. Location to the quay was perfect - less than a 10 min walk with lovely places to get some food.
Disliked: The double bed was very small, we had a family room but the room we initially booked stated 1 double and 1 king size bed. We were given a small double and 2 single beds. The room was on the lower floor, windows opened onto car park - to get privacy the blind had to be down and this made the room dark and hot. The breakfast was a big disappointment- uncooked sausage and hash brown. The food was genuinely cold apart from the eggs. The eggs seemed to be the only product that was cooked fresh to serve. It appeared the other products were microwaved or pre cooked - served cold ( may have been sitting for too long before service). The door shuts at 10pm, we arrived at 6pm due to traffics, although this is a family hotel. Would be nice to have a close time of 11pm to allow people to go out and get food / relax at the quay.
