Liked: The bed is comfortable, a senior staff (female) not too sure of her last name (Rodriquez_ who speak good English....has a great service minded!
Disliked: Receptionists cannot communicate in English, no service minded.......breakfast is bad......there is a young security guard not friendly, and no courtesy!

Just love it!

Liked: It had everything I needed
Disliked: Housekeeping Manager knocking on my door prior to checkout despite the DND being on the door.

Overall, i like the property....

Liked: I like everything about this hotel. Location is very good, staff is good, room was clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was not so good.

Fantastic place to stay if...

Liked: It was really comfortable for the price and it's really close to the Akron stadium, the staff was also very nice and there's an Oxxo really close
