Unusual, boutique hotel, stylish and...

Liked: Lovely stylish hotel, unusual, quirky. A friendly and knowledgeable host. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything thought about. The bathroom was lovely, clean and with lots of extra thoughtful details. Hotel was a lovely old building, quiet area but very close to the centre of the city. Thank you for having us.

Liked: Great location and informative host. Slightly quirky and nice continental breakfast.
Disliked: No TV in room

Quiet Location

Liked: Square Tree House is comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast is good. It is within walking distance to Princes Park and the vibrant Lark Lane. A bus stop is close by to enable visits to the city centre. The host, John, is very knowledgeable and is eager to give information, which was very helpful.
Disliked: No complaints here!

Ideally located for our trip....

Liked: Breakfast was fine...we knew what was available.Room was very comfortable, clean & spacious.Bathroom had a bath shower wasn't ideal.
Disliked: A proper shower would have been nice but overall it didn't impact our stay.

Perfect location and great value

Liked: The host was very knowledgeable about the area and explained everything we needed to know as well as giving us a very easy to use map. Really yummy breakfast.

Excellent sleep

Liked: Wonderful stay with an excellent host.Although we arrived much later than anticipated, John called us to find out if everything was ok & were we still coming, he had everything set up for us for a late self check-in. Breakfast was good, John chatted to us the entire time sharing his wonderful knowledge, funny stories he is such a charming man. The area is quiet, our room was huge overlooking the main street. Easy to get into the city centre & nearby Lark lane.

Liked: All areas of the room and dining room were exceptional with small personal touches. John was welcoming and prepared for any questions, having local details ready for us.
Disliked: Nothing

A truly fantastic experience

Liked: The weather was exceptional. We enjoyed some relaxation time in Princes Park just a few meters away from Square Tree House B&B and also the city life with frequent cheap bus routes. Attending Liverpool derby match was something out of this world. Will surely revisit.
