Lovely stay, great staff

Liked: Lovely property with helpful and polite staff. Pool area is nice and has good opening hours. Breakfast was good, plenty of variety and tables. Room was spacious and perfect for our family.
Disliked: Room on 3rd floor was quite hot. One bed had feather pillows, duvet and a feather topper which I personally find uncomfortable. No spare pillows in room.

Liked: The swimming pools were lovely and the Jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious
Disliked: The room were so hot and no thinner pillows provided for kids .

Disliked: When we arrived we were greeted by the receptionist who was far from welcoming. The Bedroom was very dusty, the bathroom was dirty and the toilet smelt as if it hadn’t even cleaned, the reception team didn’t come across friendly at all.

Liked: Bedding was clean, pool area very nice. Decent tv in the room. Pat in the breakfast room was delightful and made everyone smile who she interacted with - she is a star.
Disliked: Whole property needs upgrading. It looks great on the approach but as soon as you enter reception it’s a let down. We were not welcomed on arrival, we stood around waiting for someone to come out who didn’t even say hello. Breakfast was very very poor standard in a dark dated room. Rooms are not cleaned/replenished unless you make a request so you run out toilet paper and are surrounded by dirty cups… until you ask for what you need. Fridge in room was frozen over inside and definitely not fridge temperature. Family room has insufficient space for 4 people, nowhere to put cases etc. Had not been prepared for 4 guests we had to ask for towels, cups, toiletries etc as was only 2 of everything. Apart from the pool the whole hotel is sub par for what you pay, walls need painting, furniture upgrading etc and doesn’t live up to the photos on booking.com. Could be so nice if they invested a little in upgrading it.
