Liked: The staff worked hard to make the stay comfortable but it was obvious that staff levels were low as no one was able to leave their stations.
Disliked: The room was looking tired, our bed often played tunes using the springs that had a duvet cover between the mattress and the top sheet... left with a sore back! The changing rooms for the pool was very dirty and in need of a good clean. The golf course although separate also shows signs of a lack of maintenance....

Spa break for wife's birthday...

Liked: All the staff were very helpful especially the girls in the spa the room was comfortable and the setting is beautiful
Disliked: The bar was closed for maintenance and had to wait to get served the food in the restaurant was bang average and definitely not hot!..the swimming pool area and other parts of the hotel are starting to look tired and no room service

Disliked: ROOM and 50 steps to get to it, after requesting lower floor or floor with lift access. Due to knee replacement and someone awaiting hip proceedure.

Disliked: Had pre paid for family room and 4 ppl for breakfast. Last minute family emergency ment only myself and daughter travel for sporting event yet was unable to change room or cancel breakfast for 2 ppl who did not attend.Disappointed no compassion or empathy shown for family hospitalisation.Paid so much more then needed to just very Disappointed
