Overall I was happy with...

Liked: Room was a good size, modern TV, comfy bed, pool facilities were great and comfortable, the dinner was good value and the staff were friendly. Lovely location as well.
Disliked: The room lacked soundproofing. We were disturbed by the people in the corridor. No obvious temperature control in the room and the fridge made a lot of noise so we turned this off. Shower was constantly wonky, the soap and shampoo were not the best quality but fair for the price of hotel to be honest. These are more critiques than anything though and for the price we would 100% come back.

Great base for the Norfolk...

Liked: We loved it great place to stay for access to the Norfolk broads we had a great room clean and well equipped dinner was good breakfast was fantastic we used the pool and the gym staff very friendly we will be staying here in the future

Excellent food, nice pool, comfortable...

Liked: Food was outstanding; bedroom clean and comfortable. Pool was good, though crowded when classes were on; jacuzzi was nice, but too hot in the evenings(?). Food service was rather slow due to a private function in another room.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: The bed in our suite was lumpy and uncomfortable. The net curtains and the curtains themselves were dirty and had black mould all over them. The corner of the wall by the window also had black mould growing on it, we considered the hotel to be tired and in need of renovation, certainly not the star rating it was billed as being.

Disliked: Train the staff to smile and be engaging. Didn't like being redirected to the golf club house for snacks and drinks during the day. Very expensive and slow service. The hotel is looking tired and needs a refurbishment eg carpet cleaning!
