Disliked: No Staff onsite, had an issue where my dirty cloths bag was taken. text the no I had, no response until the next morning when I was long gone. Person I spoke with, denied they had been in the room until I mentioned the bin was also emptied. No way to run a hotel, will not return to this hotel, Also requested a refund or credit as I left one day early, said to contact Booking.com. Contacted booking.com, they said to contact the hotel.

Superb

Short, sweet and basic.

Liked: The location was good, friendly receptionist. The room was clean and tidy.
Disliked: It was quite dated and could have done with a bit of TLC. TV screen needed to be bigger for people with poorer vision. The addition of some water glasses would have been useful.

Liked: clean room, great shower, absolutely loved the out of the way room we were in, which i think we were lucky with. Having come from a regional area, the amazing spacious shower with the most beautiful water pressure was amazing. And i loved the shampoo/conditoner/shower gel dispensers that were on the wall. Location is easy to find and close to most things.
Disliked: I guess there were 2 things that could have been improved on.With the heat, walking into the non air cond room was a bit intense, took ages to cool the room down so having the air con going before arrival would have been nice. And there was no washers to use the gel.But these are very small things.

Pleasant

Liked: Ample shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand lotion and soap and shaving cream. Enough extra blankets for each bed
Disliked: Shower was leaking over the bathroom floor. Queen bed was very hard. Internet was slow and dropping out. No cutlery in the room to have meals. Only way to lock the door is either with a key or latch at the top. Walls are super thin and could hear people talking outside.

Liked: It was easy to find and getting the key was easy after reception closed.
Disliked: It felt a bit grimy. The shower curtain was gross and so was the bottom of the shower. All I could smell when I opened the back door was cigarette smoke, which was gross.
