The team went above and beyond to make sure every part of my experience was perfect, but what truly made my stay stand out was the General Manager, Kali.Kali’s customer service was nothing short of amazing! She greeted me with such warmth and professionalism, immediately putting me at ease. Throughout my stay, she checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly and even offered great local recommendations. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her guests' happiness is a rare find in the industry and made my stay unforgettable.The hotel itself was clean, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The staff clearly follows Kali's lead – everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. It’s clear that Kali has built an amazing team focused on delivering top-notch customer service.I highly recommend staying here if you want an experience that truly exceeds expectations.
