Nobody told us when making the reservations that the hotel was under construction. My wife and I are both in our 60's. She has had three knee surgeries and a replacement. I have stage 4 kidney cancer. We were told that our room was on the third floor and that the elevator was inoperable. People should be made aware of problems when making reservations!

Liked: Breakfast was really good. Clean room.
Disliked: Yes, room heater was very loud and gurgled all night! Lack of elevator kept us from using the pool.

Liked: Great location, well maintained room and facilities, very friendly and accommodating staff, and value for money stay!
Disliked: The coffee could be better :) but overall, the breakfast is sufficient!

We had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay!

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming - many food choices - very neat and clean. Room was excellent - very clean (awesomely clean bathroom), comfortable beds, everything we needed. Good breakfast and pool locations. The pool was also very clean and enjoyed by grandchildren. Affordable option for our family. With everything included we found it to be a good value. We will definitely return if traveling again to Grand Rapids.
Disliked: We liked everything. Great stay! However, the beds were very comfortable, but we were told they were queen beds, and they seem to be a bit smaller than a typical queen size.
