Comfortable Lobby and Nice Breakfast...

Liked: It's a very good hotel at a convenient location in downtown Chicago. We enjoyed the beautiful city view from our room at 21st floor and in the fitness gym at 27th floor. The buffet breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food like bread, bagels, eggs, cereals, fruits, and a variety of hot & cold drinks. We also enjoyed the self-service drinks, such as cucumber water, coffee, and hot cocoa at night and before breakfast. The lobby area was quite spacious and comfortable with the artificial fireplace, and lots of coffee tables and chairs. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the hotel, and would like to stay at this hotel again!
Disliked: The only downside was the elevators. It was often crowded and taking long, maybe because of the holiday? (We stayed there on Thanksgiving day.) We even used the stairs to go down to the Lobby (2nd) from the fitness gym (27th). It was another work out for me, but my kids enjoyed running down the stairs.
