Liked: The staff were exceptional! They were helpful, patient, friendly and professional.I really liked the layout of the room and everything was very clean.I liked the fitness center and the idea of a pool.Elevator was great as I have a disabilty
Disliked: I was hoping to use the pool to do some walking therapy, but it was way too small for that especially because there was a family of four in it and it really couldn't accommodate another body.The WORST part of my stay? There is absolutely NO soundproofing in that building. Someone knocked on a door near my room and I thought they were knocking on my door. I could hear guests walking down the hall making conversation and could make out what they were saying, from the bed in my room. Which was the farthest away spot in my room from the hallway. The room adjacent to mine kept the t.v. on all night, at a very low volume, but I could totally hear it, as though it were in my room. Last, but not least, there were people (maybe kids?), on my floor who were screaming, swearing and chasing each other in the hallway for awhile (20 minutes or more) around 11:00 at night. I called the front desk to let them know. They were responsive and said it was being taken care of and it did stop.I feel reluctant to make any complaints because the things that made it an unpleasant stay aren't things that are easily fixed and were not the fault of the staff, at all.
