The staff would always greet us at the door and ask us how our time was and if we needed anything. The housekeepers would ask us, in the halls, if we needed anything in our room. Excellent location. I will definitely be coming back to stay for anything in the future.

Liked: Nice size rooms. Breakfast had nice choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Beds not comfortable. Not comfortable. Not good support. Room was very hot. Some amenities not available like hot tub and ice machine on floor.

Disliked: We found a bra behind the couch, my daughter who stayed in another room had to change rooms bc of a broken bed, and the other daughter had a broken shower rod. Had to wait for the pool to open which wasn’t a big deal but it was an half hour later than they said and when you have littles that’s a long time to wait.

Liked: Hot tub was great. Closest hotel to destination of our trip. Everyone was really nice and helpful. It was one of the best in service in a very long time.
Disliked: Eggs were cold, and no waffles or pancake maker.
