The staff would always greet us at the door and ask us how our time was and if we needed anything. The housekeepers would ask us, in the halls, if we needed anything in our room. Excellent location. I will definitely be coming back to stay for anything in the future.

Disappointing

Liked: close to University and with a lot of light, being in a hill.
Disliked: a bit old and not well kept. windows very dirty and cleaning service only passing every other day or even less. Not too clean. breakfast very limited and with little healthy options (fruit only apples and sometimes bananas). they ran out of other options during our stay.Pool not very hygenic, nice but very old (whirpool with no bubbles) and without showers.

Liked: Nice size rooms. Breakfast had nice choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Beds not comfortable. Not comfortable. Not good support. Room was very hot. Some amenities not available like hot tub and ice machine on floor.
