Liked: we stay here often, great atmosphere and room is big enough for all 4 of us.
Disliked: This is the first time their were maintenance issues, one of the towel racks was broken and the bathroom with shower the mirror light did not work which I think it normally lights up- made it a little difficult for makeup However the hotel was PACKED all weekend so we didn't want to complain and take another room as we did last minute reservations.

Liked: Large, well appointed rooms. Capable and caring staff. Nice choice of breakfast items. Snow brushes to help unbury your car in the morning. What more can you ask? Great stay!

Nice room but not a...

Liked: The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The cookies were a nice treat. The lobby/halls/pool ect, were all very clean. The room was very spacious. The shampoo and conditioner was very nice product.
Disliked: The beds/pillows were not comfortable. The bathroom door was off track. The shower room had mold on the ceiling and on the caulking in the shower. The hid-a-bed was absolutely horrible to lay on.

Good location if visiting leavenworth.

Liked: Good location to get out of town and go to leavenworth. Weekend breakfast was good. Weekday breakfast was a joke.
Disliked: The neighborhood was lacking. Sonic was fenced up across the street, and the next gas station was really dirty. Had to drive a short distance to get food.The bathroom was obnoxious, and the toilet room walked out to the living area and into the shower room. These need to be connected.
