Clean, cozy, and comfortable

Liked: The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We loved the design of the hotel and it was in the perfect location for our needs. The breakfast was a plus, and the price was great for what we got.
Disliked: The road next to the hotel was a little loud at night, but there was an option to have the fan on throughout the night so that helped us out a lot!

Passable

Liked: The location and ease of check-in.
Disliked: The internet was down which was problematic due to being a work trip.

Liked: The elevator was broken but we were not told about it until we arrived. Our key to our door only worked once. I was always rekeying it every time I reopened the door. (Going up and down to the lobby because the elevator wasn't working) The bathroom sink drains slowly. The bathroom floor had stains in the caulk. Bathroom door had a hole which was plugged with toilet/tissue paper. Breakfast was ok but the eggs were always cold. But I did like the variety and there was always someone there replenishing. When we checked in, we were never explained that we needed to request our room to be cleaned daily. When we requested extra towels, we had to go to the lobby to pick them up. They were not brought to our room. Everyone was friendly but the hotel is run down and service should be improved.
