Wonderful fountain pool

Liked: Very unique pool. Excellent breakfast. Almost unlimited bottled water, love it. Very generous. Excellent manners. Excellent aquarium. Excellent bar.
Disliked: Unsure of housekeeping schedule. Had to call for housekeeping. The day she came into clean one bed was made one bed was not. Another day one trash was taken another trash was not. She did not come in every day I'm not sure if she realized the plastic bag next to the trash can was trash also. They have a wonderful elevator system for the cleaning service and a workroom for the help they utilize that and are very happy and very loud. Once I was going to ask them for towels but I felt like I was interrupting their party so I had to go to the front desk. I was in town for the birth of my grandson. Family came to visit one night and that one night that they came unfortunately there was a wet sign pointing out a wet floor that was laid down or had fallen. One of my children slipped they conveyed to staff that the sign was on the ground nobody picked it up. I don't know how that story ended except I'm sure she's fine but again once they mop I wish they would have picked up the sign when it was dry. My last day I asked for a a late checkout I thought I'd be after 12:00 ended up not. Mostly because the maid service started knocking at my door at 9:00 a.m. and the last knock was at 3 minutes to 12 that particular day I was having a hard time with my contacts I was having troubles getting them in so I went downstairs to the wonderful front desk you have. I packed My luggage up completely loaded up and your front desk told me I could use the bathroom in the lobby so I unpacked everything and finally put my contacts on in a dirty bathroom here are the pictures hopefully I will not get an infection in my eyeballs. Geez. Otherwise the trip was quite pleasurable until the very end.

Liked: There was a huge Spectrum internet outage while we were there so that is not the hotels fault.
