This hotel has always been clean and the people are very friendly and helpful! Always willing to go out their way for you. I love staying there.

Disliked: Doors slam.

Beautiful place to stay. Loved the refrigerator and microwave in the room. Good mattress, crisp sheets and pillows added to a restful night's sleep. Would use them again even though the price was higher than booking directly through the hotel chain for double queen suite.

Liked: It was clean and no smoking.
Disliked: The tub drain was stuck and had a time getting the water to drain out. Otherwise it wasn't a bad one night stay.

Liked: I had a personal issue where I asked to reschedule my reservation to the following week. No help from the hotel or booking.com. Horrible customer service from both, especially the hotel. I am at this hotel and other SpringHill properties in the area every Sunday for months. I hope someone with some authority provides assistance!!!! I wanted to reschedule my reservation for 3/2 - 3/3.
