The room was beautiful with an amazing ocean front view. Comfy bed with lots of pillows. Spacious enough for 3 girls to spread out and not get in each other's way.

Liked: The staff, especially the bell hop, was amazing! So friendly and nice.
Disliked: Need another mirror outside of the bathroom area - preferrably near a receptical.

Liked: This property is amazing, especially for the price. Lots of room, little kitchenette area, balcony with ocean views, clean, etc.
Disliked: There was no hand soap or lotion provided. It was awkward to have to use soap from the shower when washing hands

Liked: We loved the breakfast and different hot and cold options and the waffles. The room was very nice and beds comfortable. Loved the balcony and seeing the dolphins.
Disliked: It has been a while since we have been and I was disappointed that the hot tub was gone. Also the pool water was cold and very cold in the room. I had a jacket on and it was still cold.

Liked: The location is wonderful. They have added a bar since the last time we've stayed there and it's a great addition. The breakfast is good, there are lots of variety.
Disliked: The pool was heated, but not heated enough for December. But the big issue was the space that the pool was in, didn't seem heated at all. One of the reasons we decided on this hotel was for the indoor pool, and we couldn't stand it for more than 5 minutes.Also, the water in the shower was barely warm, so showering wasn't comfortable.
