Good
Liked: Great customer service. 8min drive from all the stores and restaurants.
Disliked: It’s right by the freeway so you can hear everything so clearly. The room wasn’t as big as I expected for a “Suites” hotel. The pool and jacuzzi is super small which was unfortunate for our family because there was a soccer tournament and the pool area was completely packed. I was charged an extra $20 a night.

Excellent stay.
Liked: New and clean property. Room was big. Staff was very friendly. Hot breakfast was much appreciated.

Good hotel, bad location.
Liked: Breakfast was good but they stop it at 9am and that’s too early.lack of toiletries, noise, etc. The gal that checked us in was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.
Disliked: Lack of toiletries, noise from traffic and noise from kids running up and down the hall screaming.Good hotel, bad

Horrible place to stay
Liked: Nothing is good here
Disliked: First of all I was going to make a waffle and the housekeeping tells me no and takes the waffle batter cup from my hand and says no more waffles. Too badBut she tells another women yes you can have a waffle I was walking from car to the entrance and there was a Edge of the concrete that was raised about 2 inches and I had everyone's dinner and because of the unmarked raised cement myfoot caught the raised edge and I flew through the air and trip and fell on to the concrete taking all the skin off my knee and reinjured my forearm . When I told the person at front desk she smiles and says you should be watching where you are walking turned and walked away. The last morning I walked out to my suv to find someone broke into my car and stole literally everything in my car I was told by front desk we don't have security and are not responsible for transient waiting by cars to break in . I found jewlery in my room on the floor from housekeeping ..I turned it in to the front desk..Just to be looked at me funny..
