Liked: Staff was amazing during the tornado warnings at 3am in the morning. I am not familiar with that being from out of state and they were amazing.

Cleanliness could be improved upon

Liked: The rooms were big and had a fridge, coffee maker and two desks. There were also multiple sockets for connecting equipment which was very convenient. I also liked having a pressing iron and ironing board in the room
Disliked: Cleanliness was poor. Double billing for rooms for the 23rd of September. I have not gotten feedback on this despite sending an email query

Liked: pool stayed open late, breakfast was good, and the suite was spacious for my family.
Disliked: wasnt much i didn’t like. tv couldn’t been placed in different spot inside the room and my refrigerator wasnt cold/cool at all.
