Beautiful, but staff was not...

Disliked: I booked a king suite on booking.com- no where on the site did it state that it was not guaranteed. When I checked in and got to my room, we had a 2 queen suite. I was told this was an “upgrade” and that they needed to move other people into the king suite. This was very frustrating due to the fact I booked a king suite for a reason. If I wanted 2 queens, I would have booked that room. They said that they saw there were 4 people in my reservation, so they gave us one more bed. I had 2 children with us so we needed the extra floor space for a pack n play. Then they told me that they couldn’t do anything about it. In the future, this company should ask before they do that! Very disappointed in the movement of rooms. First time here, and I had higher expectations with the staff.

Seriously overpriced nicer version of...

Liked: Clean suite, easy parking
Disliked: Breakfast was bad and barely enough for all guests. Plastic cutlery and paper ware makes you feel like on a camping trip.
