Liked: The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff was kind.
Disliked: I booked online and it was listed as pet friendly. There was no mention of the $100 dollar pet fee. On bookings.com. This is outrageous, not pet friendly. What a rip off. Then you also get charged for parking too. Breakfast was minimal.

Liked: Location, dog friendly
Disliked: Marriott imposes a $100 per stay per fee - completely penalizes the short stay / this fee isn’t readily advertised. I won’t be choosing Marriott going forward.

Liked: Location and cleanliness. Good neighborhood and felt safe.
Disliked: Seriously bothered me when receptionist mention the parking fee. I am a business person and understand fees. Downtown area where tight property requesting parking fee is very reasonable. In your case, it would look much better if you up your room fee by $10 rather than adding another line items parking fee. It didn't go well with me. Bad ides.
