Extremely comfortable stay!

Liked: The staff at reception were very helpful and offered an upgrade. Very kind. And other staff were friendly and greeted us in the halls. The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The taste of the breakfast food…not great. And the opaque bathroom door - when getting up in the night the light glows through.

Liked: I loved how fast check in was. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing

I enjoyed my stay at...

Liked: I liked the Spa suite we were in and also the cleanliness of the hotel.
Disliked: I didn’t enjoy the breakfast.I felt like the breakfast buffet needed more options even if I know they said you could of ask the staff in the kitchen for whatever you wanted if it wasn’t apart of the buffet

Liked: Bed is comfortable and the staffs are friendly
Disliked: The layout in the room and lights were not working. The room was very dark at nighttime because there is no light in the middle room where the bed is. We had to use the light from the shower/toilet but it was not enough. Plus paying the parking for two nights is ridiculous! This is not downtown Toronto.
