Clean and spacious rooms!

Great place to stay!

Liked: The staff was friendly upon check-in. The rooms were clean and appeared fresh. Breakfast was available with a decent selection. The stations were clean, and the staff was attentive to checking to ensure they remained tidy and to refill.
Disliked: No complaints.

Liked: Nice place and nice staff at check in.
Disliked: The tv in room 206 would not work. Unfortunately it was 11 at night before we realized this and already had kids sleeping so did not call for someone to look at it.

Liked: The rooms are very spacious and nice. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large. Clean facilities. The breakfast was great.

Liked: New/modern. I don’t do old or remodeled hotels. I will pay for luxury.
Disliked: My floor hasn’t been vacuumed. There were crumbs on floor. The pillows were terrible!!! Way too flat and crumpling. The sofa in room had spots on it. Housekeeping needs to spot clean for sure!! The breakfast was mediocre. Where’s the pancakes/waffles?!

Disliked: Overcharged $24 on my stay and neither the GM of the hotel, nor anyone from Booking.com has bothered to call me to remedy the issue!
