Liked: The staff was very professional, from the reservation Staff to the cleaning attendants. I was there three days and my room was cleaned and smelled good the elevators smelled fresh to. The beds were comfortable and the shower I could have stayed in for hours. I was on the fourth floor and Sam was very accommodating..All of the staff was excellent. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel. walking distance to the mall across the street. Thank you all for a wonderful stay will be back soon. Miss Lisa

Liked: Very clean & simple. Open area & good location! Extremely friendly staff who made them feel you’ve known them your whole lives! Great TV options with streaming to log into! Rooms so very comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast maybe a little more hearty... also suggestion for room to have more than one “regular” caffeinated coffee pod in room if 2 guests, i.e. 2. *Bathtub option although I see it’s modern style. People enjoy soaking.

Liked: Sam at the front desk was so helpful. He helped me with my room and gave me great advice of the area, like where the best places to eat and things for my family to do.
