The front desk really helped us when we needed a nice place to eat - they took their time and suggested a few places, it was wonderful. When we requested extra blankets/sheets they arrived within 5 minutes and the staff was very very friendly. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Disappointing

Liked: It was nicely decorated and the breakfast area was fairly large. We had no problem getting a table.
Disliked: Most of the staff were not pleasant. We got there early because we were going on a tour bus that was arriving at the hotel in a half hour. The woman at the checkout counter said it was too early to get a room. We understood that, but most hotel staff don't glare at you as they tell you this. If you don't want people to arrive early, then don't sign up to be a departure point for tour buses. The room was very warm because we couldn't control the air conditioning.

Liked: The size of the room was good with the amenities. awkward layout for the bathrooms.
Disliked: Couldn’t sleep due to the traffic and the nearby door slamming all night going in and out. If you need rest this is not the hotel.
