Liked: staff at breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: the tv in the room didn't work. we should have called about it, but we got back from a concert late and decided it was too late. we were placed near the elevators and didn't know we had a problem until morning when everyone was leaving. the elevator noise was terrible.

I highly recommend this pet...

Liked: Location was short for all the parks we visited with the Tampa City Pass. Springhill Suites was exactly what the online 8.5 review said it would be. It was pet friendly enjoyed by my Grand pup Kai. The staff (Yvonne and Cherry) were very nice, the free continental breakfast was hot, plenty and delicious. The room was clean, and the kitchenette was perfect. Thank you. We are definitely going back.

It wasn't the worst but...

Liked: The hot breakfast was not that great but did offer alternatives.
Disliked: The hallways and gym didnt smell great. The carpet and sofa mattress in the hotel room wasn't clean. Because of these things I just didn't feel comfortable.
