The staff was great!

Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: Pool closed, elevator broken , breakfast didn’t have gluten free options. The food was very low quality. My kids enjoyed the waffles though.

Liked: We loved the affordability and the quiet location.
Disliked: For the length of time at the property everything was perfect .

Hotel have potential but need...

Liked: The location
Disliked: The room had mold in the shower, black stains were on all pillows and covers. The sheet for the sofa bed had a red spot unsure of it was blood or not. The breakfast on Thursday was ok. Friday it was ridiculous, they should’ve not even served anything.

The staff made my stay...

Liked: Staff promptly responded to requests (I could not figure out how to operate electronics in the room). All staff members were super pleasant except one (1) breakfast staff member. My 30 minutes delay in checking out was accomodated with empathy. Check-in personnel, empathizing with my late arrival and need to quickly attend my daughter's college graduation, acted expeditiously, and volunterred a quick to reach my destination.
Disliked: The one (1) breakfast staff member whose demeanor was somewhat surly (providing additional edibles seemingly begrudgingly) should present herself as the remainder of the staff - reflecting appreciation of our patronage.
