Disliked: I found someone’s socks in my bed so I had to sleep on the top of my bed- thankfully I brought my own blanket. My bed was changed late the next day.Breakfast- no syrup for waffles one day and no plates the next day. Difficult to eat waffles (my child’s favorite) without a plate. We had late checkout and despite having the cards re-set, they didn’t work and we had to go down a 2nd time to get a new card.Check in took a long time as the desk clerk wasn’t familiar with my payment method.I was apologized to regarding not having a clean bed but never offered compensation.
