Liked: The breakfast was and is always amazing!!! And the front desk along with the lady who manages the complimentary breakfast are above and beyond super nice!!!!!!!!!!!!
Disliked: My room was not cleaned for 2 days. i had to request that my room be cleaned. This is my 2 nd stay when there in town for work and this was not the best experience. I didn't need to request for my room to be cleaned the 1st time I stayed at Springhill. This time I did which bothered me.
