The mattresses are memory foam, which for many people is great, but for those of us with respiratory problems, can cause severe illness. I wish I had known before we checked in. The reason we could see the stains on the bedsheets (gross, by the way, even if they are technically clean) is because the over bed light is brighter than an operating room. We were too exhausted to make a fuss, but although the front desk staff is responsive, we will not be returning.

Liked: Easy check-in with helpful staff members. Facility and room that I requested were neat and clean.
Disliked: I booked via Booking.com and there appears to be a slight difference once I arrive onsite. I now know that I just need to inform the staff of my booking type and show my receipt for the booking and they will adjust it accordingly. It's happened twice now but every time they get it right and get me checked in without any further delay. I will continue to book stays at this location.
