Would stay again without a...
Liked: Very modern and well appointed rooms, with stunning views. Excellent breakfast and staff very friendly. Loved the hot tub too!
Disliked: Parking cost was not ideal given there was so many empty spaces. Received a charge after the stay.

Very good
Liked: Great location, very comfortable room, just a few minutes from the entrance to Zion Park.
Disliked: Overall we had a good experience, just to point out that the day before the reservation we called to find out the pet fee and they charged us $75 for the two dogs, when we arrived they charged us $75 for each one, I advise you to make sure of the fees to avoid any inconvenience.

Very Bad
Disliked: We stayed here and left the hotel for just an hour when we realized we had left our clothes in the wardrobe. We are 100% sure the clothes were left there. However, the hotel staff told us the housekeeper was about to get off work and asked us to call back the next day. When we called the next day, they insisted they didn’t have the authority to handle it. They just wouldn’t give us our clothes back. Maybe they’re so poor they don’t even have clothes to wear.

My stay was amazing with...
Liked: Breakfast was good and the food slightly changed everyday so it was a nice change each morning. The variety of breakfast made the hotel the obvious place to stay and prep for the days hiking. Room was clean and the entire facility felt safe.
Disliked: They changed my room from a king to a double queen. If I reserve in advance, I don't believe they should be able to run out of kings to accommodate another guest. I was told it was upgraded but my room looked identical to every other springhill suite I had stayed at except two queens. It had a "walk in closet" but I didn't even open that door since I had an extra queen to toss and sort clothes on. An actual apology upgrade that would be beneficial would be something like a $20.00 credit to be used at the in hotel market for some redbulls or something. Id have felt more appreciated than a simple room switch and a walk in closet. They have cafe lights up and firepits but neither were turned on so im not sure what season or guest they are waiting for for those to be active but apparently it wasn't us. The lights being off coupled with the under construction road area made the back side of the hotel with the "view" subpar.

Great location, good value in...
Liked: The location to Zion is perfect as well as in relate the other shops and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast is a decent spread with a variety of options and the view in the dining room is beautiful!
Disliked: Only complaint is the plumbing in our room was slow to drain in both the sink and tub but otherwise our room was spacious and clean. To be honest we weren’t in it a lot! Too much to do outside!
